Responsibilities:
- ° Lead end-to-end recruitment across India (2 plants), multiple sales offices, and the US
- office.
- ° Successfully delivered senior and niche hires via headhunting.
- ° Spearheaded campus drives, walk-ins, and lateral hiring events.
- ° Successfully supported AISC and ISO audits.
- ° Oversaw onboarding and smooth assimilation of new hires
- ° Leadership & Senior Hiring
- ° Campus & Lateral Recruitment
- ° Recruitment Process Optimization
- ° Psychometric Assessments & 360 Feedback
Working Hours/Timing:
9.30 AM - 6.30 PM
