Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Commercial activities like Customer service and commercial related PR activities at filling plants. Handling Dealers Accounts, Impress Cash, Invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- - Responsible for Commercial activities like Customer service and commercial related PR activities at plants.
- - Reconciliation of Related Franchisee and Customer Accounts.
- - Invoicing related to Plant activities.
- - Ensure proper documentation on Payments for Cash Transactions. Fixed assets audit and accounting.
- - Co-ordinate Inventory Management and Re-order levels with Franchisees and Customers. Checking and submission all plant bills on time to HO.
- - In-Land Logistics: Scheduling of Bulk and Cylinder Transportation and co-ordinate dispatch to fulfil orders as per Service Standards. Ensure Optimum distribution cost.
- - Exposure to ERP environment SAP is Must
