Job Description:
Job Purpose:
As a Trainer in Battery management system you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Curriculum Development : Design and update training modules and curricula for EV battery management system (BMS) that would include basic to advanced topic for comprehensive understanding
- 2. Training Delivery : Conduct engaging training sessions covering various aspects of EV battery management systems, including design, development, testing, safety and regulations.
- 3. Hands-On practical Exercises and Instructions : Provide hands-on training in electrical circuits, sensors, overall BMS architecture.
- 4. Industry Engagement : Stay updated with the latest advancements and innovations in BMS & battery technology.
- 5. Student Guidance : Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including career advice and job placement support.
- Thorough understanding of Auto electrical system including Battery (both lead acid & Li-on) charging, Battery management Sys (BMS), functioning of Controller, DC-DC Converter and Battery charger.
Skills:
- Battery technology, battery cell modelling, battery pack design, BMS design, and BMS implementation, equipping individuals with the knowledge.
