Job Purpose:
• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and databases.
Responsibilities:
- • Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic interviews.
- • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- • Follow up on offers, joining, and onboarding.
- • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
