Job Purpose:
The FP&A function plays a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. This role involves leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, customer profitability analysis, pricing support, and management reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes across business units
- Develop and deliver management reporting with actionable commentary for senior leadership
- Drive customer-level profitability analysis and support strategic pricing decisions
- Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate business opportunities and margin improvement initiatives
- Support CFO with strategic financial insights and performance reviews
- Conduct variance analysis across volume, price, cost, and margin drivers
- Build financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations
- Deliver fast-paced ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analytics
- Support monthly close reviews, cost tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial targets and operational execution
- Monitor working capital, cost efficiencies, and margin optimization opportunities
- Support strategic planning and long-term financial projections
Skills:
- CA with Strong FP&A Skills
Working Hours/Timing:
9.30 to 6.30 / 5 days a week
