Job Description:
Key Tasks:
- • Planning and coordinating Cost center and Capex Budget.
- • Prepare and present cost center and production efficiencies forecast, monthly review of actual to forecast and plan
- • Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions
- • Recommends and implements projects to improve productivity, increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
- • Develop cost data for the justification of capital assets purchases
- • MEC lead, ensuring all the relevant cost for the month has been booked, and completion of cost accounting activities
- • Manages the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements as instructed by global team
- • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and chart of accounts
- • SOX compliance testing and documentation
- • Supervise fixed assets and inventory’s reporting, recording and controls for the site
