Job Purpose:
Sr Manager C&B role involves creating and implementing employee pay and benefits programs that are fair and competitive. keep up with laws and regulations related to pay and benefits to ensure the organization follows them. Additionally, communicate the programs to employees and provide support and education of them.
Responsibilities:
- * Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s goals.
- * Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation structures.
- * Manage employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- * Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees and guide them on related issues.
- * Keep up with industry changes and laws to ensure the organization’s benefits remain legal.
- * Work with different departments and outside groups to get better pay and benefits programs.
- * Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of programs and give recommendations for improvements.
- * Provide support and education to employees on using benefits and compensation programs.
- * Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems and processes.
- * Perform regular audits to ensure program accuracy and compliance with regulations
Skills:
- We are looking for a professional who can design and implement new pay and benefits programs, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and is a good team player. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
Working Hours/Timing:
9.30 AM till 6.30 PM - 5 Days a Week
