Job Description:
Job Purpose:
- This role will Support Frontline Sales Operations by ensuring implementation of the HR Strategy and processes towards Strengthening the talent, people capability and overall engagement of the frontline teams.
- Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver “flat to prior” manpower cost. Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
- Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent with 95% Deployment at West and Central Zone Talent Management & development Middle and Bottom Talent Management
- Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
Skills:
- Sales hiring’s Exposure for Pan India Preferable
- Proactive Approach,
- Multi-Skilling
- Ability to strategize , think out of the box and come up with well thought through and practical design and solutions
- Leadership and strong management skills.
